Sometimes you just need to laugh…

Not much more to say than that.  In the past I encountered a thing called laughter yoga and suddenly out of the blue I got an email from them. Just reminded me of a simple and verifiable truth.  Laughing good!!!!  Feeling stressed or sad, or happy or mad.  Just laugh.  Even if it starts as a fake laugh, keep it going and before you know it it will become a belly rolling, breath gasping, bundle of joyous energy!  And it will cure what ails ya!!  Don’t even need anything to laugh at. Just make it happen.

  1. Laughter is the world’s best medicine….your daughter suggested it to me when I needed it most, and she is absolutely correct!

  2. Do you remember Diane Lagadec who taught at BHS? I used to take yoga at her studio. Had the best time laughing. Only thing that restored my breathing to its natural rhythm.
